My name is Richard Barry. Born and raised in Chatham, Ontario, I spent most of my days as a kid outside and running back home when the streetlights came on. I love music, travel and being on my bike (pedal or motorcycle).

My life has taken me on a journey that started by moving to North Bay for University. After graduation, I took a job in the United States. I lived throughout the US where I worked as a Programmer for an Over Seas Company. I am grateful for that time in my life. It sparked my passion for travel and to actively compete in Triathlons including an Ironman.

I came back to Ontario after 2001. I believe that experiences happen and people cross our paths for a reason. I was fortunate in Chatham of all places to meet my wife and to have a beautiful daughter. They are the reason I do what I do.

I am blessed in my life and when I meet a newly engaged couple I know how they feel. That excitement, the butterflies the first time you held hands or looking out the window waiting for them to come over only to see their face and hear their voice.

My love for photography was sparked over 10 years ago. Engagement and Wedding Photography has meant more than just capturing photos. It is being true to my photography style. I capture the true emotions, those candid glances between one another to truly create an authentic story that is yours.
